Since the rise of the popular dark mode, mobile apps have eagerly embraced it, and personal blogs and websites have also joined the darkening trend. However, upon closer observation, one may notice that few blogs have adapted their favicons to suit the dark mode. Some dark-colored favicon designs appear particularly jarring against the dark background.
